Teleport Assist

Teleport Assist is an AI-powered assistant designed to help users with DevOps tasks. It uses natural language processing (NLP) to generate commands and scripts that can be used to answer common questions about the infrastructure, perform routine tasks, troubleshoot issues, and collect details. After reviewing and verifying generated commands, Teleport Assist can optionally execute them on target infrastructure. The platform is built to work with SSH, Kubernetes, databases, Windows applications, and more.

Teleport's Open Infrastructure Access Platform provides a complete inventory of the user's infrastructure along with features such as single sign-on, access request control, role-based access control, audit and session recordings, device trust and passwordless access. Through integrations with other platforms as well as documentation and resources for getting started with Teleport Assist, it is suitable for industries such as e-commerce and entertainment services providers, software-as-a-service companies and financial services organizations.

Although Teleport Assist has been extensively tested for accuracy in its responses it is still experimental technology that cannot take action without explicit user approval. Errors may occur due to generative AI responses which is something users should be aware of when using the platform.
