Cyte is an intelligent digital memory retrieval app designed for MacOS users to search their entire digital history. It allows users to scroll through their history, filter by application or website, and delete recordings they don't want saved. The Cyte Timeline also has a “Resume” button that seamless returns users to their active document or website. Additionally, it supports 1-click timelapse generation for easy sharing of memories and chatting with Cyte for summarizing work and connecting information from various sources.

The app is highly configurable, open-source, and MIT licensed so users can contribute or customize it according to their needs. Personal data is stored locally in the user's Application Support directory in any language supported by the operating system.
